This exquisite Antique Georg Jensen 96 Master Brooch is a unique addition to our Vintage Georg Jensen Jewelry Collection. Expertly crafted and designed by the renowned Georg Jensen himself, this piece incorporates malachite cabochons, large inset amber pieces, and dropped oblong amber beads in remarkable silverwork. Fully signed with marks from 1912-1914, this piece is documented in Georg Jensen Jewelry by Anscombe, et al (Yale University Press, 2005) and Georg Jensen, A Tradition of Splendid Silver by Janet Drucker (Schiffer Publishing Ltd., 2001). An extraordinary art nouveau treasure, this brooch is a collector's delight.
