Introducing a great brooch from the Vintage Georg Jensen Jewelry Collection, this piece was designed by Gundorph Albertus, a talented artisan from the renowned Georg Jensen Company in Denmark. Crafted in the 1940s, it is among the few designs crafted by both Georg Jensen Denmark and Georg Jensen USA. During World War II, logistical challenges prevented the shipment of products between Denmark and the US, leading the US operation to produce and design pieces labeled Georg Jensen, Inc. USA. Sometimes called the "pineapple pin," this brooch embodies the charm of mid-century aesthetics and was drawn from Gundorph's iconic cactus flatware design.
